With two tune-ups a year, our technicians will inspect your entire system reducing the risk of breakdowns while lowering your operating and energy consumption. Fall and Summer check-ups include:

  • Check and test capacitors

  • Check refrigerant levels on all units

  • Inspect thermostat conditions

  • Check temperature differential

  • Water rinse outdoor coil in Spring. Fall on heat pumps

  • Replace air filters (will be charged if not supplied by homeowner, click here to order filters)

  • Clear condensate drain - First 8’ only from unit

  • Test safety and starting components

  • Inspect burner assembly

  • Test amp draw of motors, indoors and outdoors

  • Pan-tabs in drain pan - Spring
