About our company
Roger has worked in the HVAC business since the 1980’s and left to create his own business. Starting out in small cul-de-sac in Garland, he created his business out of his home. Years later, he now has several family members working together with an office and two warehouses. We have proudly served the Dallas / Fort Worth area ever since. At ICE HVAC we strive to keep your family as comfortable as our family.
Office Hours
Our office hours operate from 8AM - 4PM Monday through Friday. We are not open on certain holidays such as New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. We have technicians on stand-by and ready for emergencies outside of office hours. Please note: You may be charged a time and a half for any service during these holidays or after hours.
We have voicemail available for all after hours calls, voicemails are sent to our after hours team members. Please reframe from calling multiple times, as we call back in the order they came in.
